BOOKING DETAILS
A 50% deposit is required to confirm any reservation. The balance will be paid during the adventure.
The sums of money planned and received as a deposit will be retained by the host as expenses, damages and interest settled in the course of the preparations for the adventure.
(Note: The full amount is payable when the purchase is completed using our online checkout, but our cancellation policy applies.)
CANCELATION
IN CASE OF CANCELLATION THE DEPOSIT MAY BE RETAINED ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING SCHEDULE;
Cancellation with between 16 and 21 days' notice: a fee of 25% of the deposit will be retained.
Cancellation with between 8 and 15 days' notice: a fee of 50% of the deposit will be retained.
Cancellation with 7 days or less notice before the start of the adventure will result in the full amount of the deposit being retained.
(Note: Resellers of our services may apply different cancellation policies.)
Please notify us of any changes to the number of participants at least 48 hours before the start of the adventure so that we can adjust the invoice. The final amount payable will be based on the highest number of participants confirmed 48 hours before the start of the adventure or at the time of the adventure.
If Devil's River Fly Shop cancels before the start of the adventure, your deposit will be refunded.
